If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund, as applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
